The best part…
You can join many of the top paying affiliate programs with very little page views and traffic to your blog or website!
This is totally cool since many beginners, like myself, have a small following but we want to be able to earn some income from our websites or blogs. This helps to keep us motivated, or to let us know that this new journey we’ve embarked on is worth it!
We’re soon going to get into those top 10 affiliate programs for bloggers
But First…
Why use affiliate programs?
They are a great way to promote products you believe in or love and make money online. Especially if you are not interested in creating your own online products to sell.
They are free to join!
Unlike display ads, you can start to make money using affiliate programs with very little page views.
How do affiliate programs work?
Affiliate programs work in a special way.
Businesses, brands or people offer an affiliate program and others such as bloggers, online marketers, small or large online businesses and other social influencers will sign up to become an affiliate of any particular affiliate program that appeals to them.
The products and/or services in that affiliate program will be promoted by us bloggers and online marketers and we receive a commission when a specified action is taken. Those actions could be sales, enrollments or clicks.
Here is the list of what I believe to be really awesome affiliate programs to promote if you’re a blogger.
I have categorized the top 10 affiliate programs for bloggers below
Web hosting
As a blogger, one of the most popular affiliate programs that you can promote is web hosting services. Web hosting is the ability for a website or blog to be made accessible on the internet by services handled by an outside party or company (the web hosting provider). Having your website or blog accessible though is just the basic package. As a blogger, if you want to promote web hosting services, then I suggest you recommend QUALITY web hosting to your readers to build your readers confidence in you and your online business.
This type of web hosting should offer features such as
- Reliability- Promote web hosting services that will run smoothly for your readers and keep their websites or blogs up and be running at all times.
- Support- Promote web hosts that have great customer support, so that if your readers do purchase the web host that you promote, and they do experience any problem, then they can easily get in contact with a support staff who will help them solve their issue.
- Speed- We as human beings have come to love things that are fast and will quickly abandon a slow loading website or blog. Therefore, you should promote web hosting services that have a reputation for speed.
- Overall great reputation- Promote web hosting services who have been there for a while and have a great reputation with their customers

Website or Blog Themes
As a blogger or website owner, you need a great theme. Therefore, website or blog themes are one of the top 10 affiliate programs for bloggers or influencers to promote.
Why?
Because everyone wants a beautiful looking website.
There are many free website themes, especially on wordpress.org. However, because they’re free they have very limited features or functionality. Many bloggers and internet marketers know this and so they are willing to purchase their own themes, providing it’s not over priced.
When promoting themes don’t promote crap. They won’t work and that won’t make your readers who buy them happy that you’re promoting unreliable products.
I have used and recommend ThemeForest themes.
6. Theme Forest
I like themes from Themeforest, especially simple WordPress themes for bloggers. They are affordable, customizable and the theme creators provide great support. Also, many of their themes look awesome!

However, I have used them in the past for other projects.
You can sign up for theme forest here to be part of their affiliate program.
