Not only that, it could be that the salary you make in your day job isn’t enough to care for your family and spare enough cash for you to get out of debt as fast as you need to.
In a situation like this, you need a different way to make enough money to pay off this debt. But what can you do?
But what can you do?
You can take a side job online. That might help, by allowing you to make a few extra hundred dollars a month. But in many cases, the income from a side job is not sufficient, especially if you want to keep up your lifestyle.
There is another option for you
What if you could do something bigger?
Something that helps more people?
Something that you are in complete control of and are your own boss in?
Something that has no limitations to how much money you can make?
Something you can start for $3.95 monthly and still get the opportunity to do big things with?
Something that can finally get you out of debt and allow you to finally live life instead of merely surviving?
You can do all of this by starting a blog that can get you out of debt and living paycheck to paycheck.
How to get out of debt with a blog.
I will explain this a little later, how you can get out of debt with a blog, not only that, I will give you examples of people, just like you, who have started blogs as a way to get enough income to pay off debt, all while doing something they love and while not having to drastically downgrade their lifestyle. But first, here are some compelling facts to take note of:
1.Debt plays a very significant role in emotional distress and amplifies problems such as depression, suicidal tendencies, fear and panic and anger in many people around the world.
2. This is the percentage of people in debt by country
- In America, an estimated 80% of people are in debt.
According to Nerdwallet,
Debt is an unwelcome guest at the table in many American households. The average U.S. household with debt carries $15,310 in credit card debt and $132,086 in total debt.
- UK
According to The Money Charity
The average total debt per household – including mortages– was £55,442 in July 2016.
3. The average person owes approximately $50,000.00 in debt.
4. At the current salary level of the average person, it will take most people their whole lives to get out of debt. Not only this, the person trying to get out of debt will need to reduce their standard of living and forgo fun activities to be able to fully pay off the debt by this time.
5. Salaries in day jobs have increased by only 26% in the past 10 years and the cost of living has increased by 29% in that same period.
Takeaway From This
What you can see here is that the occurrence of debt is very common around the world, also, lack of adequate finances is very real and very common as well. The only thing that seems to be uncommon is finding effective ways to make enough money to get out of debt. This is what I hope this blog post can help you understand and start taking action on.
All of this information means a few things
The first being that at the average rate of pay, the average person will never be able to pay off their debt before the age of retirement.
Therefore, the average person will be going through their whole life with this burden, stress, and anxiety of not knowing for sure how to get rid of this terrible debt.
Here is how to get out of debt with a money making blog.
1.Blogging can help you make more money. Many times, bloggers earn way more than the person with a typical 9-5.
To be fair not every blogger makes money from their blog. An estimated 81% of people who start blogging make less than $100 from their blog because they did not use the right practices. The remaining 19% make tons of money because they put in the time, learning and effort to make their blog a success.
2. Blogging enables you to work smarter instead of harder. Blogging also allows you to work from home, which is great if you want to spend more time with family.
3. If you work to make your blog a success, you have the potential to earn whatever amount of money you want because monthly earnings aren’t fixed. Most serious bloggers start out earning a few hundred dollars monthly when their blog has just started, and as time goes by, this amount grows and grows. Check out this blogger who is earning $90,000.00+ monthly from blogging.
4. You do not need any fancy qualifications to make a successful blog. Literally, anyone can do it. You just need to be motivated and passionate to make a better life for yourself and your loved ones.
Something to note:
Many people advise those in debt to ‘cut down your expenses and live below your means’. I personally think that this sort of information is mediocre at its best. Think about this, who really wants to live below their means for so many years while paying off debt? Nobody!
What needs to happen is that people need to find ways to increase their means (income). The best way to do this is to start a business or side hustle. One of the easiest and cheapest side hustles to start is a blog. This usually costs less than $100 to start and you can be earning a full-time income or more from your blog in under a year.
Many people are doing it, and you can too. Don’t believe me?

Blogging can definitely help, it’s perfect for earning extra income and if you play the right cards it can be your main source of income in time. There’s nothing like earning extra aside from your job to pay off debt.
I like the way you put it Elizabeth. Blogging can be a great source of side income, but if you work hard and smart, it can become your full-time income and even surpass a typical ‘full-time’ income. This is one of the reasons I love blogging so much. You get out exactly what you put in. There is no ‘set’ income and that’s great!
I wish I could make more money from blogging. What would you suggest I should I do to increase my income? I can work three jobs for much longer its so tiring.
